Privacy Policy

We collect personal data directly from you in three places on this site:

• The PGDM application form (/student-application). Name, father's name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, email address, postal address, academic qualification, and entrance test details.
• The quick enquiry form (/apply). Name, mobile number, email address, area of specialisation you're interested in, and any optional message you add.
• Direct contact. If you email or call us, we retain what you send us — your contact details and the content of the message.

We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — through standard web server logs and Google Analytics/Tag Manager. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

• To process your PGDM application and contact you about it.
• To respond to enquiries about the programme, fees, and admissions.
• To send admissions-related updates by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• To understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it.
• To meet regulatory reporting obligations to AICTE and AIU.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use application or enquiry data for advertising.

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and process the forms above. Each processes data only to the extent needed to provide their service to us:

• Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the application or enquiry form. Your submitted details pass through Resend's infrastructure to reach our admissions inbox.
• Google (Tag Manager, Maps) — Tag Manager loads analytics scripts; Maps renders the embedded campus location on our contact page. Both may set cookies — see Section 5.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the WhatsApp chat button, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
• Vercel — hosts this website. Standard connection logs (IP address, timestamp) pass through their infrastructure as part of serving the page to you.

We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or by AICTE/AIU regulatory processes.

Application and enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to process your admission and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and regulatory compliance. [Institute to confirm the specific retention period — for example, "for the duration of the admissions cycle plus three years," or per AICTE's own record-keeping requirements — so this can be stated precisely rather than generally.]

This site uses cookies through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect some site functionality but will not prevent you from applying or contacting us. We do not currently run third-party advertising, so no advertising cookies are set by us directly.

As a data principal under India's DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
• Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
• Register a grievance with us, and if unresolved, escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

The DPDP Act requires this contact to be a specific, named individual, not a general inbox. The institute should appoint someone to this role and update the name above before this policy is published.

Our programmes and this site are directed at prospective postgraduate students, who are ordinarily adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where a form on this site is ever used by or on behalf of a minor, verifiable parental or guardian consent is required before submission, in line with the DPDP Act's provisions for processing children's data.

We may update this policy as our data practices or the law changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
